How much is postage?
We offer FREE delivery for all orders over $150, free pick-up available, and a FLAT RATE $15.00 postage/handling fee Australia wide. Please contact us if you have any queries about postage for your area. Please note: Sadly due to COVID-19, international shipping is paused.
How quickly can you deliver?
The standard delivery time is within 3-5 business days depending on location. If the order is to be received at a Newcastle NSW address the recipient is likely to receive it within 24 hours. Be sure to let us know upon checkout if you require the earthybox to be delivered on a specific day/date and we will try our very best!
How do I go about featuring my product in an EarthyBox?

Yes we certainly can! We welcome all environmentally minded bloggers/influencers to contact us via direct email to discuss this arrangement.
Who do I contact if there is an issue with my product/service/delivery?
We welcome all feedback and endeavour to help you as soon as possible – please email us directly (with a photo of the concern if possible!) to email@example.com
Can I get a refund? Can I return my product if I change my mind?
During this COVID-19 pandemic we do not accept returns, instead we recommend gifting your unwanted products to a loved one – it may become their new favourite item! Please contact us within 14 days if you wish to discuss the possibility of a refund due to a faulty item (please note: As each local order is hand delivered with care, we require photo evidence of product fault prior to arranging a refund – packaging and delivery fees where applicable will not be refunded sorry!)
What are my payment options?
We currently accept Paypal, and Credit/Debit cards via our secure payment processing system. Please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to organise an immediate Osko bank transfer payment instead. Afterpay is coming soon!
Do you provide discounts/promo codes/gift vouchers?
Yes we do! – if you’d love to give the gift of choice instead, please contact us to discuss either a custom made EarthyBox or to obtain a $30, $60, or $100 gift voucher. Subscribe to our mailing list + Instagram as well (@earthybox) to be the first to know about discounts and sales!
What's the difference between subscribing and becoming a member?
Subscribing to earthybox ensures you are automatically kept in the loop about new/re-stocked products, eco inspiration, giveaways, and more. Registering (FREE!) for our earthybox buds rewards program entitles you to exciting and exclusive perks such as members-only discounts, faster and more personalised check-out experience, and even a birthday surprise!
Can I create my own EarthyBox?
Yes you can! We are more than happy for you to contact us about your preferred items. If there is something you’d love to have in your EarthyBox but cannot see it available on our site – please let us know and we will try our best to source it for you!

I’m not a fan of wasteful packaging – how can you help with this?
You’re in luck! All of our thoughtful EarthyBox orders come in very minimal packaging: A recyclable and compostable cardboard box, recyclable and compostable yarn and wood wool, business card made from natural linen, a gorgeous plant to brighten your day (naturally compostable!) and a thank you note on seeded paper (sometimes even a little surprise gift!) – simple, beautiful, and most importantly eco-friendly.
Are you cruelty-free?
100%! There is no other way to be. We ensure that our loyal customers can have the peace of mind knowing that they are receiving and/or gifting an EarthyBox that only offers products not tested on animals. We also endeavour to source only vegan and fully natural items – because your home, loved ones, (and the planet!) deserve it!
Do you help charities?
At this stage as we are a start-up small business we support charity by stocking some items sourced from businesses directly supporting charity agencies. As we build our loyal customer base we intend to start making regular monthly donations to both human and animal charities Australia-wide. Please contact us if you would like to see a specific charity featured.
